Fall Updates with Geoff Wright

Dr. Geoff Wright is deeply involved in the project known as the Innovation Test Instrument (ITI). Dr. Wright and his other colleagues created ITI as a tool for measuring and assessing an individual’s innovative ability. A tool like this does not currently exist. There are creativity tests, but no innovation test for individuals. They are in the process of digitizing the tool so that people can take it online. Presently, more than 500 people have taken the survey, which has helped to increase the test’s validity and reliability.
