Paul Skaggs

Paul Skaggs is an associate professor at Brigham Young University. He joined the faculty after twenty-two years of experience in the product design and development industry. Fourteen years of which he operated his own full-service product development consulting firm. Clients included Kodak, Fisher-Price, Federal Express, Motorola, AT&T, Xerox and Hewlett-Packard, to name a few. Paul has published numerous papers on the subject of creativity and innovation. He is the recipient of the Abell Innovation Professorship at Brigham Young University.

Paul's research is in the area of Design Thinking modes: Creative, Visual, and Adaptive thinking. He is also one of the heads of the Innovation Boot Camp in the School of Technology. He has published numerous papers on aspects of design, creativity and innovation.
